I want Human Life International to be in the forefront of defending the recent remarks of Cardinal Bertone in Chile concerning the connection between homosexuality and pederasty. Activist homosexual groups such as Arcigay have a vested interesting in covering up the truth of the matter. They say that the connection between homosexuality and pederasty is "false, ignoble, unscientific...[and] dishonest"-would that it were. The monumental scientific John Jay study commissioned by the Catholic Bishops of the US indicates that 80% of the clerical sex abuse problems were committed on adolescent boys, which simply means that the problem is overwhelmingly a gay problem. Let the gay activists keep their rhetoric and name-calling to themselves and wake up to the problem that their own disordered sexuality is causing in our world.
