Today Pope Benedict XVI celebrates the fifth anniversary of his election as Pope. On April 19, 2005 Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, succeeding Pope John Paul II, became the 264th successor of St. Peter.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY,PAPA BENEDICTO.

I SIGNED THE SPIRITUAL BOUQUET...TIME FOR YOU TO SIGN

War has been declared. The battle is before us. The time has now come to get on your knees and fight...

The Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest, a Society of Apostolic Life of Pontifical Right which celebrates the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite as an integral part of its charism, is preparing to offer a spiritual bouquet to the Holy Father, that God may continue to grant him an abundance of spiritual wisdom and strength to guide the Barque of Peter through the difficult waters of our times.
To participate in this spiritual bouquet, go here to indicate the number and types of prayers that you will offer up for the sake of the His Holiness.

Prayers and sacrifices are especially encouraged during a special Novena beginning on Saturday, April 24, the fifth anniversary of the inauguration of Pope Benedict XVI, through May 2, which is the first Sunday of the month of Mary, Mother of the Church.
